Subscription Terms

PumpCal is a subscription product operated by Mynvoqe Labs LLC. Premium features require an active subscription. There is no free tier.

The plans available to you, their exact prices in your local currency, the billing period, and any trial or promotional terms are shown on the purchase screen inside the app before you buy. Prices come from the App Store or Google Play for your storefront, including applicable taxes, and can differ by country.

We do not publish a price in this document, because the store is the source of truth for what you will be charged.

Nothing on the purchase screen is designed to obscure price, renewal or cancellation.

Where a free trial or introductory price is offered, its length and terms are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the renewal price shown. Trials are generally limited to one per user or store account, as determined by the store.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, and your store charges the payment method on file, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• iOS / iPadOS: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › PumpCal › Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › PumpCal › Cancel.

Deleting the app or your PumpCal account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store.

When you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, premium features are locked. Your account and your data remain intact, and access is restored if you subscribe again.

If a payment fails, the store may place the subscription in a billing-retry or grace period. During those periods PumpCal keeps your access, because the store still considers the subscription live.

For in-app purchases, Apple or Google is the merchant of record. They process payment, store payment details, issue receipts, calculate taxes and handle refunds. We receive only the subscription status needed to unlock features.

If you reinstall the app or sign in on another device with the same store account, use "Restore purchases" in the subscription screen to re-link your entitlement.

If we change the price of a renewing subscription, Apple or Google will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Prices shown by the store include or add tax according to your storefront and local rules. The store determines and remits applicable tax.

Refunds for in-app purchases are granted by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot directly issue a refund for a store purchase, and we will not claim otherwise.

• Google: request a refund through Google Play Help.
• If something went wrong on our side, contact contact@mynvoqe.com and we will support your request with the store.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, the United Kingdom, Brazil or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply in addition to the store's policies and are not waived by these terms.

Web-based purchase is not enabled in the current release. If it is enabled in the future, the payment processor, prices, renewal and refund process for web purchases will be disclosed on the purchase screen before you buy, and these terms will be updated.
