Delete your account and your data.
You can delete your PumpCal account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From inside the app
- 1. Open PumpCal and go to your profile.
- 2. Open Account, then Delete account.
- 3. Confirm with your password or biometrics.
By email
Write to us from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask one question to verify the request before acting on it.

What is retained, and why
- • Records a law requires us to keep, such as tax and billing records
- • Backup copies, which expire within 90 days
- • Your store subscription, which is held by Apple or Google — cancel it there separately
Deletion completes within 30 days of a verified request. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings first, otherwise it will continue to renew. Mynvoqe Labs LLC is the controller of your personal data for PumpCal.
