Account and Data Deletion

• Meals and food entries: remove them from the food log.
• Workouts: remove a session from history.
• Body measurements and progress photos: remove them from the body screen.
• Coach conversations: clear them from the Coach.
• Imported health data: disconnect the integration and delete the imported records.

Open Me › Account › Delete account, and confirm. Deletion runs immediately and is permanent.

It removes your profile and settings, onboarding answers, training plans and planned sessions, workout history, exercises and sets, daily metrics and readiness snapshots, body entries and measurements, progress photos, nutrition entries and food preferences, Coach conversations and stored coach memory, plan-change history, and your authentication record.

Email contact@mynvoqe.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We will verify that the request comes from you and confirm when it is done, within the period required by applicable law.

• It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in the App Store or Google Play, otherwise renewals continue.
• It does not delete data held by Apple Health or Health Connect on your device — manage that in your device settings.
• It does not recall data already exported or downloaded by you.

After deletion, limited information may be retained where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and legal claims:

• billing and transaction records, for accounting and tax obligations;
• records needed to defend or bring a legal claim, for as long as the claim can be made;
• security and abuse logs, for a limited investigation period;
• fraud-prevention markers, where an account was terminated for abuse;
• encrypted backups, until they expire on their normal schedule.

Deleted records are removed within 30 days, with backup copies expiring within 90 days.

Me › Privacy › Export my data produces a machine-readable copy of your records. Export first if you want to keep your history — deletion cannot be undone.
