The following are owned by Mynvoqe Labs LLC: the PumpCal name and logo; the application's design, user interface, motion and audio design; the source code; the Coach experience, prompts and conversation design; written exercise and machine guidance; nutrition content and targets logic; the structured exercise and food databases and their compilation; graphics; and marketing materials.

"PumpCal" and the PumpCal logo are trademarks or unregistered marks of Mynvoqe Labs LLC. Registration is being evaluated. Do not use them without written permission, and do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Some material in PumpCal is licensed from third parties and remains theirs:

• Exercise demonstration media licensed from a commercial exercise-media provider, used under that provider's licence.
• Open-source software components, used under their respective licences (including MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC and BSD licences). Attribution and licence texts are retained in the distributed build.
• Icon and typography assets, used under their respective licences.

Mynvoqe Labs LLC claims no ownership of third-party licensed media and does not sublicense it to users beyond the personal use permitted by the Terms of Use.

If you believe content in PumpCal infringes your rights, send a notice to contact@mynvoqe.com identifying the work, the material in question, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy. We respond to valid notices, including DMCA notices, and may remove material and terminate repeat infringers.
